Pet Parade 2021
Barnes Pet Parade
LET THE WILD RUMPUS START!
Here in Barnes we love kids’ books but you know what else we love? Our pets!
Yep this half term we’re bringing all your fave authors and illustrators, their fur buddies, free to your living room for the biggest kids’ books – and pets! – party on the planet! And it’s 100% free!
This Saturday 20 February we’ve got cool cats, hot doggos, funky chickens, and geckos galore plus a few surprises, kicking off with all your pals from picture books at 10.00am followed by Part Two at 12.00pm (noon).
Then we’ve got loads of furry fun for the junior readers and middle grade gang in Part Three at 2.00pm and Part Four at 4.00pm.
Those who voted last week for their most pawsome pet for ‘Best in Show’ could win a box of books for their school!
See you there, the Barnes Children’s Literature Festival XO
PS. Don’t worry if you can’t make it. We’ll be putting our epic Pet Parade on our YouTube channel afterwards so you can watch it any time that suits you, as many times as you like!
